Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Margaret Henningsen, our new Executive Director. Margaret was selected by our Board of Directors following a nationwide search and is the second executive director since the Women’s Fund became an independent entity in 2006.
Margaret has been part of the Women’s Fund community since 1999 during which time she served as Chair of the Board of Directors, and as an active member of the Social Change Grants Advisory and Board Development Committees. Over the years, Margaret had served on more than two dozen boards throughout the Milwaukee community.
Most recently Margaret served as Executive Vice President of Legacy Bancorp, Inc./Legacy Bank, which she co-founded in 1997.
Margaret says, “I’m passionate about the Women’s Fund mission and am so pleased to be able to continue my lifelong commitment to improving the lives of women and girls in Greater Milwaukee.”

SBA would like to have Margaret has a speaker for one of our Sage Women Procurement Conference 2012 or 2013 depending on her schedule. How would I go about requesting her to be a speaker?
